I've had another pharmacy calling me trying to get me to switch to their service. Why would I switch to another company when I have had such a great experience with ADS? No other pharmacy has treated me with such respect and great service EVER! Gina, you have been an absolute angel through out all of this. I also wanted to thank Laura G. she helped me at the beginning and I can't thank the both of you enough. I LOVE ADS!

I am so impressed and thankful with you and your pharmacy to even consider doing something like hand delivering supplies. I didn't even think that would be an option! Every time I call I always get a cheerful LIVE person and that's very rare to hear when your calling companies now-a-days. I just wanted to thank you and everyone at ADS from the bottom of my heart for all the effort you have put in to helping my client. I will definitely be referring all my diabetic patients to your company from this day forward!

I told my doctors office that I wanted to go through ADS because the person I spoke to was great and I would rather use ADS's service and any other company.

I have been blown away by the ADS customer service and today I called my previous provider and canceled service. Please tell the Rep I spoke to that he has done a great job handling my account.

It is sure hard to get cheerful, helpful customer service these days. Almost everywhere you call, is now automated, or the line is constantly busy. I know most people only take the time to complain about bad service, but more of us need to acknowledge good service. So this is my Acknowledgement for the GREAT SERVICE I have received each and every time in the past year. I have also received the same GREAT SERVICE, whenever I needed to speak with someone in the Billing Department. Please keep up the GREAT WORK, and know that there are people who appreciate your service. Thank you!
