In conjunction with my doctor's office, Advanced Diabetes Supply (ADS) supplied a simple and free talking audio glucometer since I am visually impaired. However, ADS did not stop there. Working with Medicare my ADS representative, helped me upgrade to a better meter at no additional out-of-pocket cost to me. All of the ADS staff made my experience of buying testing supplies most enjoyable.

When I came in, your staff was very personable, and knew exactly what they were talking about. I purchased an insulin cooler and I liked it so much that I came back in to get another one. I even took it to my doctors office and they were amazed by it. They took pictures of it and made a copy of the label. As I finished my appointment with the doctor, the nurse told me how ironic it was, that as soon as I went in for my appointment, a representative showed up and gave them more information about ADS and your products. I really like your guys set up there. I have enough supplies to last me through my trip to Japan, but when I get back, I will definitely be signing up.

I appreciate everyone at ADS because you are always so kind and having my supplies shipped is so helpful in my busy life. Especially since I have to get supplies every 25 days it would be so hard to have to remember to go to the pharmacy so often. I want Everyone to know how Thankful I am to all of you.

By this brief note I wish to extend my appreciation for the service I received on this timely equipment delivery and the extensiveness of the supplies – all were needed. Also I want each staff member to know how grateful I am for their personal interest, follow through and commitment at all times in responding to my telephone calls and requests. Each staff member is always attentive to my questions, needs, and requests for any specific information. This has always characterized the service I need from ADS.
