I want to thank everyone for the reminder phone calls about my supplies. It's such a relief that I don't have to keep track of when I need a refill for my testing supplies and I'm very happy to know that Advanced Diabetes Supply takes care of me. My test strips are the only things I don't have to worry about when it comes to refills because I have to keep track of my medication refills every month.

I just received supplies from another company and thought I was no longer an ADS customer. I am sending the supplies back to that other company because ADS is so patient with me and you take the time to answer any and all of my questions and always make me feel important. No matter what pharmacy tries to make me change I love being an Advanced Diabetes Supply customer.

Another pharmacy was trying to convince us to switch to their pharmacy. I am extremely happy with the service Advanced Diabetes Supply provides to us. I just love the convenience of having the supplies shipped directly to our home. I am extremely grateful for all of your wonderful customer service, it means a lot to me that you make me feel so important.

I wanted to call in this morning to say that I was pleasantly surprised. My original order was short a battery and I received it on Saturday. I didn't expect that and I'm so happy that I am with ADS. You take such great care of me and I want everyone to know.

I called in because my glucose meter broke and I needed a new one. ADS sent out a new one to me the same day. You are so efficient and have great customer service. You guys are terrific. I asked them to send me a business card so I always have their phone number handy and they sent me a magnet that I put on my refrigerator. Thank you so much.
