One of my patients recently passed away, but I wanted to thank ADS for the great service you provided to her during her time of need.

I just picked up the supplies that you sent to me at my PO Box. I am writing to thank you for getting them out to me when I needed them! I was literally on my last bottle this weekend, so the timing was perfect! I appreciate your help, and you taking such good care of me.

As I mentioned to you earlier this morning, I have always received good, cheerful help each time I call to reorder supplies for my mother.
